Your stay includes a 4-bedroom farmhouse for the people and a cozy historic barn with three oversized stalls and attached board fence paddock for your horses. Available for vacation rental year-round, you can enjoy every season as you ride miles of smooth and wide private trails on this 400 acre farm.
When not on horseback, soak in the views from the wrap-around porch, break out some board games for the family, or get toasty around the campfire. Enjoy this peaceful home away from home.

Bring your food and personal necessities
Groceries conveniently located in nearby Hancock, as well as other stores and restaurants in the area.
Smoking and pets, except for horses, are not permitted.

Three 14’ x 16’ stalls (can convert to run-in shed if preferred); 2 with covered roofs and 1 uncovered stall

Bring your own hay, feed, water buckets and feed dishes
Water provided at barn
Special Request Available:
For a $500 fee, an exclusive use of the farm is available upon request. This ensures no other guests will be on the property during your stay.
NOTE:
We ask that one person be the designated contact and in charge of all reservation details including paying the total cost of stay and submitting guest forms as listed below.
Each guest must personally review and sign the below forms and give signed paper copies to their group’s contact to be provided upon arrival.

4. For each horse visiting property, “Negative Coggins Test” certificate hard copy provided by your vet is required and must be current through departure date of stay at Valley Meadow Farms. ALL NEGATIVE COGGINS TEST CERTIFICATES MUST BE EMAILED TO kathy@valleymeadowfarms.com 15 DAYS BEFORE DATE OF STAY and hard copies provided upon arrival for us to keep.
COST:
The Valley Meadow Farms Bed & Barn Stay has a Two-night minimum. A 50% deposit is required to book a stay. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your visit. (Non-refundable.)

Travel West on Interstate 70, take Exit 1A - Interstate 68
Travel 3 miles and take Exit 77 - Woodmont Road
Go left at top of exit and over interstate bridge
Make a right at stop sign and travel 5 miles up and over the mountain.
Slow down as you go under interstate overpass and turn immediate left onto Bottenfield Road.
Road will narrow as you approach gated entrance.

Travel East on Interstate 68
Travel approx. 30 miles and take Exit 74 - Mountain Road/Scenic 40
Stay left and at stop sign, make a left and go under interstate overpass
Slow down as you go under interstate overpass and turn immediate left onto Bottenfield Road
Road will narrow as you approach gated entrance

Travel East on Interstate 70 and take Exit #1A - Interstate 68 West
